whats the difference between the spammer forum and the general talk ?

I think Nungun has to answer that I'm not used to Foruns... I only started to register in a few months...

the answer to Eny's question: in the spammer forum you can talk LyKe dIs or WaTevAh. you can also spam people lol X) its basicaly the same thing as the general forum but the rules dont apply there (except for the insults and harrassment part).
in the general forum, all the rules are applied. there you can talk about anything NON-related to forums main topics (anime, manga, video games, amvs, music, cosplay & cons, graphics, tutorials and fanarts & fanficts). you can talk about, for example: politics, sports, hobbies, etc.
